The Human Resources Department is comprised of several subject matter expert groups including:
- Human Resources Business Partner teams. These teams of HR professionals, each led by a director, focus on the business to provide guidance in the areas of organizational design and development, performance management, goals and objectives setting, compensation, training, coaching and development, among other things.
- Global Recruitment Team. This team is focussed on the sourcing, attracting and hiring of high-performing global talent for all positions across the organization and in all three offices and partners with universities to bring in nearly 100 interns per year. Global immigration and relocation are also the responsibility of this group.
- Organizational Development and Employee Communications. This team is responsible for the overall organizational development including on-boarding, professional development, performance management, succession planning and employee communications.
- Compensation & Benefits. This team is responsible for the compensation and benefits programs as well as payroll for the three offices.
- HR Systems and Processes. This team is responsible for mapping HR processes and the development, implementation and maintenance of the HR systems. They also compile and report on human resources related metrics for the organization.
