Macquarie, headquartered in Sydney, Australia, is a diversified provider of investment and financial services. We have committed $200 million to the Macquarie Essential Assets Partnership which will invest mainly in regulated infrastructure assets, such as pipelines, electricity transmission and distribution networks, located primarily in Canada with a secondary focus in the U.S. We have also committed €200 million to the Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund which will focus on investments in infrastructure and related assets located in certain European OECD countries.
