As an active owner, we believe it is important to be transparent in our voting activities.  To see how we intend on voting for a specific company, please enter the company’s name or the date range of the meetings in the appropriate field.

Our votes are cast in accordance with our Guidelines by the ISS Governance Services division of MSCI Inc. The following information on how we will vote at each meeting is made available by ISS. Please note that our vote intentions are made available once vote recommendations have been provided to us by ISS and are subject to change pending our review of the recommendations.
